Over the past several years, we have found more and more items sold in the United States to be coming from China.
The quality is usually adequate, but I believe that the only reason that we import so many items from China is because of the costs involved.
We actually save money by using their cheaper labor compared to even our Minimum Wage standards in the US.
Is this fair? Living in this great country gives us many options in life.
We can almost attend any school, get any job and live where we desire.
The only thing stopping us is our own desire to succeed.
As a matter of fact, many foreigners often achieve success quicker than most Americans who were born here do.
It's not a secret that many Americans just don't have the drive that their forefathers have.
It seems as though we have created a lazy society.
So, why are we complaining about buying foreign merchandise then? Don't German and Japanese model cars offer more dependability and class than most American made cars? We deserve the best, don't we? Unfortunately, we strive to use our computers and brains to keep us from actually working.
The Industrial age that has made us a Super-Power has gone away and we find ourselves relying more and more on other countries to provide for our needs.
Over the past decades, we find Japan, India and China taking over our Industrial pride.
When we do this we start to lose our identity here in America.
Melting pot or not we are losing the Constitution that our Founding Fathers developed for our generation.
This is horrible because we are supposed to be a Democratic Society where everyone has rights.
For generations we have shown other countries how to develop their own democratic societies.
So, why are we failing? We have learned to give into the Chinese who still claims Communism as their way of life; yet, they seem to overpower our marketplaces.
In fact, many of our military installations carry Chinese merchandise.
This is a slap in the face for those of us who put our lives on the line defending the rights of this great country I call the United States.
I'm embarrassed often when I travel abroad because the respect for Americans has gone away and we let a country that doesn't care about Human Rights buy and sell in our country as they please.
All Americans and those that wish to live in our country need to learn our national language of "English" period.

We are in charge of our destinies.
Our country is changing constantly and not always for the better.
I expect everyone to respect each other and to take back this great country of ours and to restore pride.
We are not Socialists or Communists.
We are a Democratic Society.
We are Americans! Take back what is rightfully ours.
