Sounds like a dream, to eat while losing weight, dieting is usually about not eating while losing weight! With so many diets going around it is easy to just lose confidence in them all and believe that they are all the same.

In addition I claim that this method is easy to follow, and that you don't need to eat any less or go hungry.
