Boring, architect of the Ellis Island Immigrant Station, the hotel was used to house the survivors of the wrecked Titanic. Guest rooms are small but affordable (about $100 as of September 2010) and are modeled after the cabin rooms of a turn-of-the-century cruise ship.
Room amenities include free wireless Internet, a flatscreen TV with DVD player, 300-thread count sheets and an iPod dock. There are no private bathrooms for standard guest rooms; communal bathrooms are located at the end of the hall on each floor.
