Text Message

• 1). Open the "Messaging" application on your T-Mobile phone. Select the option to create a new message.
  
  
• 2). Enter the recipient(s) mobile phone number in the "To" field. Enter the subject for your message in the "Subject" field.
  
  
• 3). Enter your message in the "Message" box. Proofread your message and select "Send."
  
  

Email

• 1). Open the "Email" application on your T-Mobile phone. Select the option to create a new message.
  
  
• 2). Enter the recipient(s) email addresses into the "To" field. Enter the subject for your message in the "Subject" field.
  
  
• 3). Enter your message in the body of the email. If you want to attach a file or picture to your email, press the "Menu" key and select "Attachment."
  
  
• 4). Highlight the file you want to send, and select "Attach." Press the "Send" button to send your email.
