"-UCLA Coach John Wooden Do we want to be an expert at something? Do we want to be masterful at what you love doing? Are we committed to give our best to whatever we put our mind into achieving with excellence? Is it possible to be our best in what we know what to do well? I started this 21-Day Athletic Focused Commitment to build my daily habit to workout everyday no matter what.
Building a habit that my mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart is conditioned by.
It is like having three meals a day, you know that when your body is conditioned to receive three meals a day, your body automatically becomes open to it.
In fact, your body expect it.
That is the beauty of having a new habit.
It comes naturally to you that you have to work out everyday because you love it period.
We know what benefits we will get right! We think clearer, we have greater flexibility in our body, it is healthy for our metabolism, we are just living a healthy-lifestyle which allows us to enjoy life more and we are prone to have a long life.
Don't get me wrong, the first days is hard.
Our body is in resistance to exercising especially when we have been without working out for a long time.
But we must start with THE FUNDAMENTALS.
We can start with well-form push-ups.
Little by little everyday, and out the sudden, when we realize, we are becoming masterful and expert at the fundamentals and then we can go head on more complex personalized workout programs to be physically fit and in shape.
