Cooktop Cleaning

• 1). Wipe the cooled cooktop with a damp nonabrasive scrub sponge to remove any excess food or grease.
  
  
• 2). Apply a small amount of cleaner to the cooktop according to the package instructions. Wipe the cooktop thoroughly with a nonabrasive scrub sponge.
  
  
• 3). Scrape away any burned-on food with a razorblade held at a 30-degree angle. Point the razorblade away from you and gently slide it under the food residue.
  
  
• 4). Wipe away any cooktop cleaner or food residue with a clean, damp sponge. Dry the cooktop with paper towels.
  
  

Glass and Surface Cleaning

• 1). Fill the sink with hot water and add 1 to 2 tbsp. dish soap.
  
  
• 2). Pull the control knobs forward off of the Frigidaire range. Place them in the sink to soak.
  
  
• 3). Dip a scrub sponge in the soapy water and wring it out. Wipe the sides and front of the range and oven door.
  
  
• 4). Rinse the range with a clean, wet sponge, and dry it with a towel.
  
  
• 5). Scrub and rinse the control knobs. Dry them with a towel and place them back on the Frigidaire range.
  
  
• 6). Spray a cloth with glass cleaner, and wipe the oven door and control panel.
