How do I Put on Green Contact Lenses?
- 1). Wash your hands thoroughly using liquid soap without moisturizer. Bar soap has more oils in it, and extra moisturizer can build up on your contacts. Coated contacts are difficult to see through. Air dry your hands.
- 2). Open the case for your right lens. Sweep your index finger to gently scoop out the lens.
- 3). Pour some solution onto the lens as it rests on your finger.
- 4). Curve the lens correctly. The lens should not wrap around your finger, but rather it should curve away from you. If the outer rim looks sharp, your lens is inside out. If the outer rim looks dull and round, it's curved correctly.
- 5). Widen your right eye and gently press the lens onto your eye. Blink your eye to allow the lens to focus and adjust. Repeat with the other lens.
