What Should I Eat to Bulk Up Fast?

I have been working out in the gym for 2 and a half years now and one thing that really is strange to me, is that people come and go very quickly.
I have noticed that some guys only go to the gym for a couple of months and then they give up, because of the lack of progress.
People just aren't focused enough.
It is impossible to bulk up fast if you have no idea about the basics of nutrition.
That is the main problem.
I will give you some simple tips about what to eat to really bulk up.
What am I suppose to eat to bulk up? Anyone who wants to build muscle has to understand that food is fuel.
and without food you don´t go anywhere.
Food gives you energy to do the hard work in the gym, it helps you recover and builds muscle.
If you are a really skinny guy then you have to eat after every 2-3 hours.
You have to make this your habit.
Eat high caloric meals loaded with slow releasing carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber.
I´ll give you an example: Proteins: Steak, chicken, lean beef, cottage cheese, whole milk, eggs and salmon.
Also drink protein shakes at least once a day.
Not getting enough protein for your internal organs results in your body robbing it from your muscle tissue.
Carbohydrates: Oatmeal, rice, breads, yams beans, potatoes, fruits and veggies.
Oatmeal for breakfast is perfect.
Your body's gas tank is comprised of carbohydrates.
No carbs and don't expect to get that car too far.
Fats: Olive oil, flax oil, avocados, nuts and peanut butter.
Balance out your intake between saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat.
How much protein should I eat a day? Proteins should make up at least 35% of your overall caloric intake.
This translates to 40-60 grams of protein per meal for males less then 200 lbs and will be enough to maintain your appetite, increase your muscle mass, accelerate recovery and keep body fat levels low.
It is very important to understand the basics of nutrition.
If you eat, then eat quality foods, not junk food.
Whole food is loaded with digestive enzymes as well that help the absorption of food.
My advice to is to eat, eat and eat.
