Usually the working day of an ordinary person divides into three- first part work, the second part of spending with your family, friends and the third is devoted to your hope of a peaceful sleep.
But, very often this very sleep is not as peaceful as it should be.
Investigations on this topic reveal that almost every person once or twice in their life is affected by bad sleep, but some people really suffer from very poor sleep.
The reasons for bad sleep can be very different as well as the consequences.
For example, the affects can be bad concentration, memory loss; issues with learning, remembering facts, depressions or moody states, nervousness, difficulties with relationships, work and amours affairs.
I would like to raise your awareness regarding night sleep.
Here are 5 top tips on that.

Bedroom is your place for rest and relaxation, please remember it is not a place for computers and phones neither pets nor animals.

Another important point that some people neglect is snacking whilst in bed.
It is advisable for you to eat 4 hours before you going to bed.
Thus for example if you eaten some meat it will have time to digest.

Usually people have to prepare themselves before sleeping, thus is best to stay calm with limited any excitement like that of drinking a cup of coffee or listen to some loud music.

Even if you want sleep but cannot seem to do so, you should just lie down in your bed and relax.
It is better to lie down horizontally rather than going about your flat and trying to doing something to get tired.
Lie down and try count till one hundred or more, just count the numbers you will not really observe how you eventually fall asleep.
If this does not help, you can consciously relax you body parts starting with your toes, then ankles, knees, hips, belly, breast, arms, hand, beck and finally your head.

My piece of advice to you is look carefully when you buy a bed, mattress or bedroom furniture.
It must match all critical standards and you have to feel totally relaxed while on it.
Good blood circulation is a good sign of a qualitative bed.
I vote for healthy lifestyle, so should you? If you want to have a happy and long life, think carefully about your bedroom furniture.
The better sleep you have the more excited you will be during your daytime.
