How to Become a Delta SkyMiles Partner
- 1). Review the SkyMiles Award Mileage chart before signing up. As of April 2009, a coach ticket within the continental United States costs between 12,500 to 30,000 miles. The priority level of your flight determines how many miles it is.
- 2). Be a Delta SkyMiles Partner. You'll have to enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Only one account is allowed per individual. Per the rules and regulations, you cannot share the account with anyone, or sell your SkyMiles.
- 3). Fill out the form to become a Delta SkyMiles Partner. The application includes basic information such as your name, address, email, birthday and phone number. You'll also need to create a pin number.
- 4). Read the fine print. Your account will be deleted if you don't use it within one year and your SkyMiles will expire if you don't earn, redeem or buy miles within two years.
