Once the surrogate mother is positive(pregnant), then the next payment starts on second month as installment. This is towards antenatal care, accommodation, medication, food, transportation and renumeration of surrogate mother. The further installments have to be done regularly, until the 6thmonth, when baby achieves viability.
Full payment is completed by that time.Incase of unforeseen complications, further expenses may need to be paid. The renumeration cost is different for different surrogates as fixed by clinician and their demand. The cost also differs, depending on whether, they stay in hospital for 9 months or they go home. The cost will be higher in multiple pregnancy( Twins).
