Thinking about getting a six pack fast?

Fast is such a relative term, what exactly does fast mean to you? Are you thinking a week? Are you may be wondering a month? Are you looking for a quick fix? That miracle pill that promise to help you lose weight in 3 days? I am sorry to disappoint you, there are not such quick fix tricks to get six packs abs.

We need to get first to the present condition: how much weight do you have to lose? Are you at your desire weight, but you would like to see those ripped abs? Provided that you do not have much belly fat to lose, you probably can start seeing results in 3 weeks. You will not be ripped, but you will start to notice that you have abs.

In the other hand, if you have a lot of belly fat to lose, we need to get rid of that first, so we can show the six pack later, and that might take a little bit longer.

The main thing is to be consistent and never be discouraged.

There are many products and programs that can help you in your quest. I can present you with different options. Getting a six pack fast could be as easy as just picking up you program. The programs out there have different baselines and different time tables, and in all considerations, you can say they are fast. As fast as 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 90 days.

The key item for you is to pick the method and program that calls to you and to stick to it.

You can create your own routine, though, personally, I like to follow a plan, a set program that has been proven to get results.
If you are going to do it yourself:
Set the plan: 1) dedicate and schedule the time when are you going to do it 2) define the exercises/routine you will be performing 3) create the goals: number of repetitions you will be targeting 4) create the complimentary fat burning routine 5) establish how are you going to monitor progress (weight, inches, bmi)

I will also recommend, that before you start any program, do take pictures of you before you start. It is just amazing how a motivation it is to have you pictures taken as you progress from a fat belly to a ripped stomach. Pictures will encourage you, will keep you motivated, and when you compare the before and after, you will be amazed of what you accomplished.

Below you will find some of the typical exercises you will be doing.
Sometimes you will be doing them on the floor, however, not all of the programs required for you to be on the floor. I know of a several programs which some I personal used, that you never touch the floor and the results you get are awesome.

Crunches: Almost all people know how to do this. This exercise targets the upper abdomen. Its one of the basic but effective exercises. To perform crunches, you need to lie on a flat surface with your hands in your chest or behind you head. Contract your abs, then hold for 2 seconds, then return to your lying position. Avoid using the neck or shoulders to push yourself.

Side Crunches: They are basically the same as regular crunches, except that the main focus is on the oblique muscles. It also uses the same technique, only that you are crunching to either side of our abs.

Lying Leg Lifts: This exercise targets the lower abs. You would lie flat on your back and lift your legs six to twelve inches of the ground. This would exercise the muscles in the lower part of the abdomen.

Back stretch: Get down on the floor with your hands and knees, with muscles relaxed and looking straight ahead. Next, tighten your abdominal muscles while thrusting you back upward as far as you can. Maintain the position for five counts before lowering your back.

Bicycle Crunch: Lying flat on the floor, put your hand beside your head then raise knees up to 45 degrees angle and them perform a pedaling motion like what you do when you ride a bicycle.

All those are typical exercises, however, as I mentioned before, there are programs with modifications to them, and that required no time on the floor. If you are put off by the fact of some programs are requiring floor exercises, believe me, there is hope. You need to look for the program that calls you.
You can build a great physique by dancing, kick boxing. I wonder the world of devices and programs as i tried to find how to get a six pack fast, at the end I find that the whatever you pick, has to relate to you, it has to be something above all, that you enjoy and have fun while doing it.

In summary
You can remove your belly fat and replace it with six pack abs, as long as you have discipline and of course the will to do so. Would it be fast? It would depend on your present condition and the program selected, some of them might go as far as 90 days. Will you get ripped abs? Absolutely!
