    • Arcade Drivers School has been in business for more than 50 years, offering driving instruction to teens and adults. The school is licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide drivers education, and the instructors who work there are licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Arcade Driving School serves Milwaukee as well as 21 other Wisconsin communities. The school employs both male and female instructors and offers lessons seven days a week, 365 days a year. For adults over the age of 18, Arcade offers private instruction in which students can take as many or few lessons as they feel is necessary. Teens can take a standard course that includes 30 hours of classroom time, six hours of driving and six hours of observation. Other course options are available at an additional cost. All teen classes last at least three weeks.

    Lada Driver School, LLC

    • Lada Driver School, LLC, located in north Milwaukee, has two classroom locations in Wisconsin. Courses at Lada follow state-approved curriculum and are taught by instructors licensed by the Department of Transportation. Lada offers courses to teens, adults and drivers who want to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL). The school also trains driving instructors. Students can choose to learn to drive in an automatic transmission or stick shift vehicle, and translation is available for students who speak another language. A variety of courses are available to teens, but the minimum standard course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction, six hours of driving and six hours of observation. Lada offers five package options for adults and several programs for CDL training.
