A Couch Potato? - Lose Weight While Watching Your Favorite Reality Show!

Today, I'm going to show you an easy drill that will literally pump up your metabolism and speed up your weight loss in the comfort of your own salon.
Before I do that, I just want to address a very, very common issue that many people face when it comes to losing weight.
This is that they don't have enough time during the day to workout or exercise.
This is basically an excuse for being lazy.
But I'm going to make it very, very simple for you.
I want you to watch TV for at least one hour each day.
You don't believe it? keep reading.
And, keep in mind there is a catch.
While during the commercials, I want you to do one simple exercise.
Before that, I must tell you that each TV show that lasts for about an hour has at least 20 minutes of commercials.
So, I'm going to teach you how to use these 22 minutes effectively and how to exercise during the commercials.
The exercise is very simple.
Simply put, it's jumping on a mini trampoline.
You can get one trampoline from any shop like Walmart for about $25, and this is going to be one of the best investments you can make for losing weight.
It's mobile, it's small and it doesn't take much space or time to set up.
Here's how we're going to do it.
When you watch TV, simply take out your mini trampoline and put it in front of you and every time a commercial is on, just simply jump on the trampoline until the commercial is over.
I must mention that you don't have to jump high, not at all.
All you need is about 5 to 10 centimeters jump for this workout, to work perfectly.
Hell, you can even stop jumping and just move your heels up and down while having your toes still touching the trampoline.
You can simply do it by bouncing your heels right to left in some form of a rhythm.
Of course, you don't have limit yourself to doing it only during commercials.
You can use it any time of the day, but this specific exercise is designed to do during commercials.
Just for a quick tip, I don't know why but it just speeds up the way when I cut vegetables and using mi mini-trampoline at the same time.
I know, sounds weird but that's the way it is (i don't recommend you doing it though, i cut my fingers many times using this method!).
Anyway, so just get a mini trampoline and jump on it during TV commercials, or whenever other activity you feel comfortable using the mini-trampoline with.
