One Life to Live Recap for Tuesday, June 22, 2004
When Kevin stops by Todd's penthouse, Blair stands by her man. "Do you wanna drop the charges, or do you want to fight?" she asks him. As Todd leaves, he gives Blair a great big passionate make-out session right before Kevin's eyes. Kevin doesn't understand how she can constantly take Todd back, but Blair says, "It's called LOVE. You should try it." Blair accuses Kevin of punishing Todd when he's really upset that Kelly won't tell him the truth.
When Kevin won't drop the charges against Todd, she tells Kevin she's resigning from Craze, and their friendship is over.
When the police arrive at Nat and Paul's hotel room, Nat tells them that Paul left. She tells Paul she can't escape with him because she doesn't want Viki to worry about her. Nat arrives in John's office without Paul, and she tells John she's sorry to hear about Kathryn, but she won't admit that she was with Paul. When he gives her one of her missing earrings, she suggests he's worried that she slept with Paul. However, John says he couldn't care less. He says that Paul is just jerking Nat around, but she says, "He's not the one jerking me around, John. You are!"
Nora meets with Margaret and realizes that she is a woman scorned. Later, Nora tells Kevin that Margaret won't be a good witness because Evangeline could prove that Margaret is hysterical.
Todd asks Margaret how the Buchanan Enterprises' files got into his office. He tries to play nice with her, but she's too angry to listen.
He tells her he won't press charges if she tells the police everything now, but she says he's the only one who did something wrong.
When Marcie hears about an infection going around at the hospital, she worries about Michael because that's how Al died. He assures her that nothing will happen to him. They continue talking about her book. Jess visits Kelly and finds her waking from a nightmare. Kelly cries in front of Jess. Jess comforts her and says that all couples go through rough times. She offers to lend an ear, but Kelly won't talk to her.
Blair gives Todd her complete support. She trusts him and knows he didn't steal from BE. She worries about him going to jail, but he says he can survive anything if he has his family. He tells her he has a strange feeling, and he admits he's happy. He hopes it lasts long enough for him to get used to it.
Antonio can't quit thinking about the numbers on his mother's bracelet. He also finds numbers on Adriana's cross. When he confronts Carlotta with the engraved jewelry, she finally gives him information. Parts of the code are written on three separate pieces of jewelry, and together they contain the combination to a vault which probably holds the hidden Santi money. She doesn't know the vault's whereabouts. When he asks about the third piece of jewelry, she says it's a brooch she gave to Dorian.
When John gets ready to send Nat to booking, Paul arrives. "Let her go! She didn't know anything." John proceeds to arrest Paul for Kathryn's murder.
At the station, Todd tells Nora he's going to plead guilty to setting her up. He's a changed man because Blair has given him a second chance, and he doesn't want to ruin anything. Meanwhile, Margaret visits Blair and tells her that she and Todd were lovers!
