Drive Walkers

drive walkerThese will aid you if you have suffered any form of knee or ankle injury.

I myself was injured performing a sport a while back and was unable to put any force on my ankle for 8 weeks, so found it hard to move around in day to day life.

Nothing is worse than hobbling around on crutches more than ever if you are trying to hold anything.

After a few days of trying to get around, I discovered knee walkes. Various makes and models offer something different. I wanted to utilize this time to pass on my experiences of Drive Walkers

Features of Drive Walkers

For ease of use, this Drive Walker 790 come with 8" castors that are fully steerable. A fully adjustable kneepad is separate great feature.

With a rspectible weight limit of around 300lbs makes this Drive walkers great for both men and women of almost any shape or sixe. One feature that stood out to me was the "lifetime gurantee" that also come with the Drive Walkers.

What other people say about Drive Walkers

Before buying my Drive walkers I wanted to establish fully sure it would be funds well spent. So reading several reviews, I soon ascertained that the Drive Walker 790 certainly came across as the one to buy

At around $250, these walkers are not low-cost however I have found many other makes for over a $1000. So not a bad price after all and as they say "you get what you pay for." Every where I read, people stated "what a lifesaver" or "couldn't live without it."

Every review I read also mentioned how easy it was to fold-away so that it could be transported in a car or on public transport. When in use, the rubber handles were very easy to grip.

Now obviously, you are always going to come across a few people who can't get on with it, especially something that is not really natural to use but at the end of the day everyone is entitled to an opinion.

The only main draw back that I seemed to come across was the fact that it does need to be put together when it first arrives. Not always easy for everyone. However I don't think you can blame the product for that. Some people find it far easier than offers. Also some people initially found it difficult to steer. However I would say this is a major plus point.

At the end of the day no one feels really comfortable unless they are walking on their own two feet. Uses standard crutches is probably the worst aid that was ever invented, so Drive Walkers are a MUST!
