Most Renters Could Afford To Buy A Property! So Why Don"t You?

Did you know that most of the people who are currently renting a property could own it? How I do know that? Well let's be logical for a moment.
If the property owner rents you a property for a certain price it means that your rent covers the mortgage, the property taxes, the insurance on the building and that at the end of all that there is still some money left for the owner as a profit.
I understood that about 2 years ago.
I was renting an apartment in a triplex and paid my rent regularly like most people do.
I worked hard, attempted to pay all my bills, my rent and kept the few remaining dollars to enjoy myself.
Then I came across a few people who invested in real estate.
They suggested that I buy real estate for myself and as an investment.
Back then I didn't think that I could do it because I come from a modest family and had a few credit cards with unpaid balances and student loans.
Two years later not only do I own my own property but I also own a rental property.
Two property in two years, not bad heh? Well the cool thing is that you can do it too.
All you need is what I was able to find 2 years ago, someone with experience that can help you take the right decisions about real estate.
You also need to have access to real estate deals so that you can react quickly when a property becomes available.
