    • Vitamin C increases the strength of the immune system by heightening white blood cell response, raising interferon levels, and supporting the mucous membranes. It can be found in citrus fruits and is available in tablet form.

    Garlic

    • Garlic has natural antibiotic and antibacterial properties that make it an effective tool in controlling sinus infections. It can be found in its natural clove state, as well as in capsule forms.

    Astragalus

    • Astragalus is an herb used in Traditional Chinese Medicine that has anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties. It is also believed to bolster cell production. It is typically taken as a capsule. Astragulus may interact with prescription medications and some other herbal remedies. Care should be taken when using it.
