Aloha School of Massage Therapy

• Located in Kahului, Maui, The Aloha School of Massage Therapy is committed to creating a dynamic learning environment for students that challenges and inspires them to not only do their best, but also to discover a relationship with the healing arts. The Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage therapy course offered by Aloha School of Massage Therapy, is 40 hours in length, and is taught by Jackie "Kapua" Tyler, LMT, who specializes in Clinical Lomi and has 20 years of practical experience.
  
  

Hawaiian Therapies

• Based on the principles of Aunty Margaret Machado, a traditional Hawaiian healer and well-known master of the art of Lomi Lomi, Hawaiian Therapies offers beginner and advanced Lomi Lomi massage therapy classes all over the United States. The Lomi beginner class introduces Hawaiian history, the use of forearms and elbows and Ho'oponopono, an ancient self-transformation technique. The advanced Lomi class incorporates more detailed elbow and forearm work, as well as side positions. Both classes are two days long and are limited to 20 students.
  
  

Body and Soul Massage School

• Dedicated to providing a quality education in massage therapy and the field of bodywork, Body and Soul Therapeutic Massage School assists students in developing their spiritual, intellectual and personal goals. The Lomi Lomi massage therapy course offered at the Body and Soul Therapeutic Massage School in Wichita, Kansas, teaches students the body mechanics and long, flowing strokes of a head-to-toe 90-minute massage sequence, and also teaches students the traditional attire and draping techniques used in a Lomi Lomi session.
  
  

New School Massage

• The New School for Massage, Bodywork & Healing operates with a simple philosophy: to take tried and true massage and bodywork principles and combine them with new ideas and concepts. The focus is on making the "old" into the "new" for long-term career success. This Chicago-based school offers a Lomi Lomi continuing education course for massage therapists and bodyworkers. The 18-hour course teaches students massage strokes, breathing and meditation techniques and many other principles.
