3 Tips to Gluten Free Food Shopping

103 1
One thing I was told and never really understood till I was middle aged was to "live in your reality".
I may want to be a millionaire, but I am not, I may not want to have celiac disease and be allergic to gluten but I am.
Once you accept the reality of your life it all becomes a bit easier (but still buy the lotto ticket just in case).
You know that eating anything with wheat in will make you sick, so all you have to do is make sure you don't eat stuff that has gluten in and you will be well.
Plan Ahead Look in your cupboards and make a note of what you have and what you need, if your whole family are following your diet then it is a bit easier to shop.
Either way you know what you can and can't eat so stick with it.
Planning ahead allows you to ensure that you have plenty of food that is suitable for you to eat in the house.
You are more likely to eat something you shouldn't if you are rushing around.
Use The Internet You are not the only person with this problem, find websites and forums that have information that you can use to collect information on recipes and special foods that you can enjoy and be assured they are right for you.
Collect Coupons Sadly enough the cheapest food is the stuff that is worst for you.
So save your coupons, again you can go onto the Internet and swap coupons with others.
