So you want to build and create the body you want.
You have already got your big why that will drive you, and you have your specific goals written down.
So what do you do next? I would recommend searching for a successful person who has the results you are after.
I would also ask friends who are physically where you want to be what they do and who they would recommend.
If you have not found anyone from amongst your network of friends and family, you can then search on the internet.
Do specific searches on the internet for what result you want to achieve for your body, for example build lean muscle, burn fat fast, lose weight or gain weight.
Then pick the top 3-5 results to look at more closely, another good idea would be to look up any review pages about body building fat loss programs.
Peruse through the information, read their blog, join their newsletter before committing to any program.
Find the program that you like, and the program owner you click with or you find their information easy to understand.
It also helps if they have proven results not only on themselves but if they have any students who have also completed their training program.
What is the relative cost and what do you get for your money invested.
You can then build and create the body that you want.
Do the work required, follow the program, ask questions, enjoy the process of both your body and thinking changing for the better.
