PAMELA BOWMAN: All right. We have this beautiful pasta. You can see great pieces of turkey and some lovely bits of our cheese. We don't need much more, just a little bit, like that. Put a little bit of parmesan cheese, just put that dash across the top, and I'm going to take a little bit of parsley leaves and just tear them. It's so bright and pretty. It's that simple. You can take and add a little bit of olive oil if you want on the top of it, give it a little glisten, but I think it's just perfect the way it is. So we're onto my favorite part, the tasting part, and I have a little surprise. No pasta is complete without a good glass of Chianti. Let me swirl this around. It takes me back to Italy. I can taste the berries and the oaky barrel. Now, I have to taste the pasta. I want to get a little piece of sausage. Oh, this is so good. On a cold day, it could be raining out. It could be snowing. It could be sunny, but this is real comfort. This is the kind of thing I want to sit down with someone I love and share a meal. This is the kind of meal I want to take with me on a picnic.
