The Essential 2 Exercises to Put in Your Workout Plans

When creating your workout plans there are thousands of exercises to choose from but the world's best trainers keep coming back to a few of the best to deliver results for their high paying clients, keep reading to learn the essential exercises I keep including in my workout plans.
When people pay me good money to design and take them through their workout plans I don't want to give them exercises that don't have a purpose or exercises that don't deliver massive benefit to my clients, so I choose the best most effective exercises to deliver results in the gym.
Before I tell you my top two exercises I never leave out of my workout plans in one form or another, I should let you know that it doesn't matter how good one exercise is doing an exercise for too long or too much can cause overuse injury and can make the exercise ineffective so for the following two exercises I use variations and occasionally take a break from them so they keep working at their best for me and my clients.
Essential Exercise Number 1 The Deadlift- the deadlift should never be left out of your workout plans for long it is a time tested energy burner and muscle blaster.
Done correctly it is a great way to help stabilise your core muscles, builds muscle very fast, and takes a loads of energy to finish a heavy set of this powerful exercise.
Essential Exercise Number 2 The Row- The Row can be done in a number of different ways in your workout plans that can all be very effective in a fat loss program or to build muscle shape.
This is also an exercise that takes loads of energy to complete and includes a good core workout.
The dead row is my favourite variety which is done in the deadlift position with a bar in front of the body while being rowed towards the stomach.
These are both advanced exercises which need to be done carefully, if you are unsure how to perform these be sure to ask a trainer at your local gym to show you.
