How to Erase Ink From a Sweater
- 1). Wet a corner of a terry cloth towel with rubbing alcohol. Test it in an inconspicuous spot on the sweater to make sure it will not damage the fibers.
- 2). Dab the ink spot with the rubbing alcohol-moistened towel; apply pressure with gentle agitation for about ten seconds. Do not rub, as this may cause a pull in the sweater.
- 3). Remove the towel and examine the sweater. If the spot remains, repeat steps one and two.
