How to Recondition Your Mind to Be Loving

Have you ever thought what a desire is? I think a desire is a thought that you follow to get what you want.
Think of that when you want to find a lover to start a loving relationship.
You are being led by a thought in your mind.
There is a better focus in searching for a lover and that is to focus on your heart.
We attract what we focus on and if our focus is in our heart, we attract those with a similar focus.
If we focus on thinking, we attract those who focus on thinking.
The quality of life is determined by what you focus on.
To attract a person to love, you have to be conscious of your focus.
Even more importantly for yourself, if your focus is on your heart, you will have a loving quality even with solitude.
That means your thinking will have that quality, your actions have that quality and even your prayers will be charged with love.
A desire, a prayer and even your dreams will have that quality when your focus is dominantly in your heart.
Do you really want to chase a desire around? That leaves you on the thinking level all of the time.
We have been conditioned to have a focus on our thoughts.
In school we are judged by our thinking.
We are complimented for good ideas in work and creativity so to be rated a good person that is where we needed to focus.
We can think and be connected to our heart and in fact those thoughts are complimented in a different way.
Those thoughts will not bring you financial rewards unless you are an artist, but that does not include the majority of people.
When we direct our thoughts to a lover, to family and even to God, we are fortunate when they are charged with love.
When we are at work, we do not have to think loving thoughts, but the quality of your conversations are on a higher level when they come from a sincere place within you.
In sales, you will be trusted and in management you will have a trusted following.
How do we get that focus? That quality mostly comes from our past conditioning; how you were loved determines how you will love.
Past conditioning is never permanent and it can be consciously changed.
We have the ability to reprogram our mind, but it takes time--about ten days.
That is how long it takes to create a habit.
You do not want this habit to be in your conscious mind because it will seem like you are intentionally doing it.
This habit has to be in your subconscious, so it appears without trying.
To create a subconscious habit, we need to imagine what we want in an image before we go to sleep and upon awakening.
If you do that for about ten days, you may dream about it and it will slowly become a part of your character.
When your conscious mind is totally in control in your life, you act like a robot when you express the desired habit.
You have to relax and not try to be what you want to be; just let in it emerge without trying.
We try to do what we think we cannot do.
You do not try to breathe; it just happens.
You only try to sit on a chair when you doubt it is okay.
To program it in your subconscious mind, you have to trust yourself or it will be a tone of trying.
You can try to be any way you want to be, but it takes time to develop a subconscious habit.
If you are patient it will pay, because you will have a genuine love emerge in your life.
