Some people like to exercise in the mornings while others enjoy relieving stress after a full day of work.
I would recommend waking up early to exercise.
Studies indicate that early morning activity is better for your body, and you can receive greater benefits since it gets your metabolism burning and oxygenates your blood as you begin your day.
