This can be a small cup or glass, or anything else that comes in handy and will do for the task.
Then, with the help of a fabric adhesive, you will fit the black dots onto the red dress.
Be careful to stick these dots at irregular intervals, and avoid arranging them in a row.

If you want to enhance further the ladybug outlook, you can have your little daughter wearing a pair of red dotted tights.
These can be white or black with red dots.
The more colorful the outfit, the more joyous and funny it will be.
If your little daughter can stand wearing hairpins, then you can fit one ladybug hairpin on one side.
You can add ladybug wings if you want to, but that is not necessary.
