The domestic market grow but no because of the government support.
In present the Australia is only 2 percent in the global market, yet it its market grew 74 percent. The outstanding growth is due to the private sectors deals rather than the government, although the government has pending tenders for the contract with the Australian Taxation Office and Department of Health. The governments rank third in segments of the outsourcing market with 21 percent. In the current developments, the IBM, EDS, and CSC are the top suppliers of the outsourcing services. The IBM with over $5 billion in contracts dominates the scene through its IBM Global Services Australia and Advantra. In the telecommunication arena it has outsourced management of its desktop system to the Digital Equipment.
