I used to work with lists, create calendar after calendar, spend hours reading about circadian rhythms, and alphabetize everything.
I remember always feeling like there was never enough time in the day for me to get all my tasks completed.
I used to always wish there were two of me so that I could finally get all those great ideas down on paper and producing.
Then I made a major breakthrough.
I can create more me's.
I can replace myself in my business by using hired outsource service providers.
I had to make a giant leap of faith.
After all I wasn't producing much income at the time I decided to start outsourcing a lot of my tasks.
I also don't have much confidence in other people as a general rule.
I've had bad experiences with hiring out work.

I don't need to spend hours obsessing over the fact that there is too much to do and too little time.
As long as I stay relatively organized and keep my business systems in order everything runs smoothly.
In fact, many of the more repetitive tasks like directory submissions are completely out of my hands now.
The liberation and the boost on my business has been incredible.
I am getting much more done with my time simply because I am able to focus on the vital few tasks that actually produce the results.
Primarily, I focus on creating the systems.
Once the system is created, the tasks can run on autopilot and I have replaced myself as a cog in the wheel and now I am the driver.
I think any business owner can seriously benefit from outsource workers and can create systems that run independently of them.
I've even recommended outsourcing to many of my friends with regular day jobs.
Now when we go out for drinks, we don't feel that pressure to run home and get on the laptop to get back to check pay per click campaigns, or write new articles.
We can simply enjoy ourselves knowing that we have replaced ourselves in our business and are astronomically more productive for it.
