Low Testosterone Is the Root-Cause of Depression

Why is it that the doctors in the west always and routinely prescribe drugs when there are natural remedies available? Take depression for example which is a mental illness that almost every thinking person suffers from at some stage or other in their life.
Depression is mostly resolved by exercise and this is because exercise stimulates testosterone production and the brain makes the increased level of testosterone when it sense that there is not enough to deal with the physical stresses in a person's daily routine.
The person first felt depressed not so much because there are real problems in their life that concern them or depress them - rather it is that for one reason or another they have a collapsed testosterone level and this collapse has caused an inactivity level where people no longer join into life, adding a sense of isolation.
Compounding this lethargy is the brain and body balance deciding that with reduced activity, even less testosterone needs to be produced to sustain this lower activity level and so the downward spiral into depression begins.
Doctors of course get rich on the kickback commissions the pharmaceutical companies pay them to get clients addicted to anti-depressant drugs and it certainly has proved to be a real winning marketing campaign given the many tens of millions of people addicted to the anti-depressant drugs at any one time.
Of course many of these patients die by suicide because the drugs are not only not the answer to the depression, they often exacerbate it.
Testosterone is the essential chemical balance that must be addressed, and it is now widely known and accepted that exercise and not drugs is the answer to dealing with the problem.
By ramping up exercise levels, patients notice an immediate benefit and this benefit is a direct result of increased testosterone levels stimulated by the brain to cope with the new levels of activity.
Say no to drugs, and boost your testosterone with diet supplements, a healthy organic diet and exercise.
