The 1 Lesson You Need To Learn As A Skinny Guy
Zig Ziglar had a saying back in the days: What you do off the job determines how far you go on the job.
This is exactly the case with almost every aspect of life.
What you do when you're not working out has the biggest effect of how well you'll grow physically when you are working out.
But let's first take a look at what some gym goers do when they finish off with a session.
Most get home and decide to take the 'cheat meal'.
Order a pizza, buy some hamburgers on their way home or even worse: they hold off eating for hours.
Not only do you need to eat as soon as you can after a workout but you also need to look out for what you eat.
Grab a cheeseburger and you flushed that day's workout down the toilet.
Fast foods do not replenish your body with the much-needed and necessary nutrients that are needed for growth.
If you don't fuel your workout properly, you might as well stop dreaming about gaining weight.
You will never, ever achieve lasting success in fitness as long as you keep eating without any plans.
Fuel Your Workout: Sleep! Did you ever go to sleep feeling a but hungry? Have you ever grabbed some fast food right after a workout? Did you really go out and got drunk as hell the same day you also worked out? If your answer to any of those questions were a 'yes' then you're in trouble.
Well, actually not really: if you like what you're getting, then keep on doing what you're doing.
But chances are you don't.
You're working out hard, trying to eat the right food but end up with little weight gains.
The primary reason for that is because you're only half-way committed! You're doing everything that's needed to grow the muscles in the gym, but you immediately stop thinking about getting bigger as soon as you step out of the place.
And there's the problem.
If you want a lasting body that looks great, you need to decide to drink less, sleep more, eat the right foods, prepare them in advance and never, ever go to sleep feeling hungry.
Period.
There'll be a point in the upcoming months when you'll say to yourself that enough is enough.
No motivation lasts forever.
You need to see the results on your own body to go further.
If you're not, than sooner or later you'll give up.
So get it together and pay attention what you do OFF the gym.
It makes all the difference.
