We all are aware that happiness is a contagious disease. Yet more people chose to spread hate rather than spread love. WE as the new generation need to be the ambassadors of teaching the youth how spreading love and hope can change lives.

No matter how big the problems we face, we need to understand that there will be always hope at the end of the tunnel and should never give up. Spreading happiness is a form of actually gaining happiness and the circle keeps going on and on. We should personally make it a mission to go around and help each other out in times of need.

If one person does it, it can spread like wild fire. If someone has wronged us, instead of trying to get even, we need to fight that temptation and be the better person, so people can learn from our doing. It's easy to do wrong but the rewards from doing good are infinite.

If we just look at the web, we can find countless websites dedicated to spreading love and happiness. A particular one that caught my mind is 1 happy thought. One happy thought is a social platform where you can share all the love and happiness you want and the founders insist on sharing it with your fellow neighbours and friends. The theme of the site is share one happy thought everyday, eliminate hate, spread love! That's definitely
encouragement for everyone of us to be part of something greater than ourselves, to surrender to sharing and caring for each other.

Expect more than others think is possible.
