Instructions

• 1). Trace cookie cutter shapes onto fabric remnants. Cut two of each shape. Cut out the shapes.
  
  
• 2). Place one of the cut-outs on the table, right side down. Run a thin line of permanent fabric glue around the perimeter of the cut-out, leaving a 1-inch gap for filling.
  
  
• 3). Press a matching cut-out, right side up, on top of the glued cut-out. Allow the fabric glue seams to dry overnight.
  
  
• 4). Stuff the fabric ornaments with cotton balls. Fill in the blank gap with additional fabric glue.
  
  
• 5). Insert a piece of floral wire into the top of the fabric ornament. Twist the wire into a loop for hanging on the Christmas tree (after the glue has totally dried).
