The Right Way to Build Up Your Leg Muscles

If you are looking to build up your leg muscles then you need to consider some important things first.
You need to realize that running can harm your efforts to build up your leg muscles.
Now, I'm not saying that writing isn't good for you, in fact I would say the opposite of that.
What I'm really trying to get across is the fact that running makes your legs then and a lot weaker than if you were to just work them out with weights or even go on a bike ride.
This is something that a lot of people learned the hard way.
You see, people think that because running is good exercise, and because it primarily uses your legs, it must be a great strength training exercise for your legs.
However, this isn't the case.
Considering that you're only using your own body weight when you run and you are doing so many reps, instead you make your legs skinny and lean.
If you are trying to make your legs big and strong, this is the opposite of what you need to do.
Think about bikers in your mind for example.
Think about how they have big, bulky legs.
This is because biking uses different leg muscles and it does so in a different way than running.
If you want to have stronger legs, and I highly recommend you go for bike rides.
Now, if you really want to turbocharge your leg muscle building, I suggest that you do squats in the gym with heavyweights.
You will be amazed at how quickly your legs build up.
Of course, if you've been running off and then it will take longer because your legs aren't used to heavy weights.
That's why it's recommended that you start off slow and slowly work your way up.
If you do it gradually, you'll be amazed at how large and strong your legs start to get.
And if you want to keep running after that, it's up to you
