You should aim for an erection level of 50%-75%.

3) Add more jelqs to your routine each week.
In order to enlarge your penis naturally, you will have to increase the intensity of your exercises on a regular basis.
To start with your penis will probably be weak and underdeveloped from years of neglect! Therefore never perform more than 100 jelqs per exercise session in your first week and aim to add 50-100 additional jelqs each week.

Much like a normal exercise routine, you cannot expect to perform jelqing exercises once or twice a week and then expect HUGE results.
Sorry, it just doesn't work like that.
In the first month an exercise session should not last longer than 15 minutes.
Aim to jelq for 5 days a week if possible and slowly but surely increase the amount of time you are exercising.
5) Never be tempted to overdo things.
This is the reason there are many reputable penis exercise programs online.
By following a well established program, you will have set routines that you should follow and you will also be aware of what specific things to look out for.
In order to make your penis bigger through exercise, you will find it is a gradual process.
You should be more interested in increasing the strength and power of your member to start with, rather than trying to immediately enlarge your penis.
Once your manhood is strong enough, you can then set about trying to make your penis bigger.
