It is an IOT application case developed for a western farm by a famous IOT developing company€" Nanjing IOT Sensor Technology Co., Ltd (www. wulian. cc). This farm has about 30 standard greenhouses, and about 40 different types of sensors including temperature, humidity, video and light are installed in it. Use sensors to collect data and the system will draw an obvious value space distribution diagram in real time. Then transmit data through IOT module, and by using computer and cell phone, the operator can know and manage the vegetables in real time.
Relevant staff in Marketing Department of Yuantuo says that we should not sniff at these sensors. They can play very important roles, for example, carbon dioxide sensor can monitor the artificial environment for crop growing to enhance photosynthesis; size sensor, weight sensor and color sensor can monitor the object's size, weight and color respectively to identify crops' maturity and decide the collecting time. You can also use ultrasound sensor volume and audio sensor to kill rats and pests; use flow sensor and computer system auto control the irrigation.

Analysis thinks that with the rapid spread of the Internet, famer netizens are becoming more and more. By last year, the number of famer netizens has been over 0.1 billion, up 62% annually which is far beyond the one in towns. Currently, China Mobile agricultural information services over 50 million people including ten thousands of enterprises and large raisers.
