Two Delicious Noodle Recipes: Pot Noodles Recipe And Noodle Soup Recipe

I always like eating and preparing noodles.
Preparing noodles is very easy and is a lot less time consuming compared to other dishes.
I didn't know how to cook noodles before so my only option was to eat instant noodles or eat at a restaurant.
Dining out and eating noodles is good but there are times that I am just too busy.
Instant noodles are delicious too but still quite different compared to noodles served at restaurants.
This made me decide to learn how to cook noodles at home and here goes the recipes...
Noodle Soup Recipe (for four) Ingredients: - Noodles for four - One chive - One piece of chorizo - One chicken or beef bullion - One egg yolk - Cooking oil - Salt and pepper Preparation: - Mince the chorizo and chive or cut them into very small pieces and place them in a frying pan.
Place the frying pan on the flame using medium heat and add a little bit of onion and poach them for one minute.
Mix frequently - Add the chicken or beef bullion in the frying pan and increase the heat.
Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat again and let it cook for five minutes.
Add the noodles and stir.
Simmer for ten minutes.
- Add salt to taste and remove the frying pan away from the flame.
When it stops boiling stir the soup and gently add the whisked egg yolk to bind it with the soup and to prevent it from cooking.
Serve hot.
Pot Noodles Recipe Ingredients: - 500 grams of thin noodles - One small can of tuna - Four tablespoons of olive oil - One onion cut in small pieces - Two garlic cloves, minced - Two tablespoons of red chili pepper - One yellow sweet pepper sliced in strips - Four tomatoes cut in segments - One tablespoon of oregano - One pepper cut n strips - 1/2 cup of minced basil - Cumin, salt and pepper - Three cups of boiling flavor bullion - Thee tablespoons of minced parsley Preparation: - Place cooking oil a frying pan and fry the garlic, onion, yellow pepper and red chili.
Wait and add oregano, tomato and basil after five minutes.
- Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
Separate the noodles into three and put them in a cooking pot.
Bring the it to boil but stir constantly until the liquid boils dry.
- When the noodles are cooked, add the tuna and parsley.
You can replace tuna with fried beef or chicken.
Serve hot.
These are very simple and quick dishes to enjoy with the family.
