How to Edit Photo Dates in iPhoto '08
- 1). Go to the folder where your photo(s) are.
- 2). Click on the image to highlight it. Click "Edit" on the bottom of the screen with the pencil icon. This will enlarge the photo. iPhoto automatically states the original date of when the photos were taken, but if you want to also change the date of the folder, right click on the album icon. Choose "Batch Change" and select "Date." Type in the new date and click "OK."
- 3). Click on the "i" icon on the bottom corner. It is next to the plus sign. Once you click it, it will turn blue and you will see all the information for that image pop up.
- 4). Click on the info and type in the correct date. You can do this for the name and time as well.
- 5). Double click on the photo, and it will go back the original view. The updated date should now show up on the image and under the folder name.
