Stretching exercises have been proven to be effective for height increasing.
And it involves different types of specific exercises to grow taller through stretching.
Back stretch and hanging upside down are two of them.

Back Stretch Stand up straight with your feet in the same line with your shoulder.
Spread your hands straightly backwards and clinch them together behind you.
Try to lift your clinched hands and arms upwards with your torso leaning forward.

Do it for ten minutes one time for two to three sessions one day.
Hanging is not only good for growth in height, but also beneficial for your overall health.
During the process, the blood rushes to your head bringing oxygen with it so that the brain is refreshed.
However, don't do it for over twenty minutes in each session though.
