Aside from abs, having big muscles is the biggest thing that a woman could look for in a man in terms of appearance.
Yet many men lack the ability to get muscles like this.
Either they are too lazy or just don't care and rather spend their time playing COD or World of Warcraft.
Your triceps are made out of the 3 muscles and these muscles are the main ones that make up your arms.
These exercises can help you get bigger and stronger triceps: Triceps Presses - Skull Crushers Skull crushers involves a barbell, so have this equipment handy before you start.
To do a Skull Crusher, simply lay on the ground.
Grab a barbell and hold it by your head, shoulder width apart.
Have your elbow around a 90 degree angle.
Now do a few reps while in this position.
Just be careful not to let go of the weight, or you could crush your skull (I'm a terrible joke teller).
Triceps Extension This exercise helps work out the back of your arms.
Before starting this workout, it is recommended that you begin with light dumbbells in order to focus on the technique instead of the weight.
This will prevent injury from lack of experience.
Lay flat on the ground with two dumbbells in each hand.
Form a 90 degree angle with your elbow.
This is your starting position.
Now slowly move your arms out to make a 180 degree angle (straighten your arms).
Do at least 10 reps.
Close-Grip Bench Press This exercise not only helps work out your triceps, but it also helps with your chest and shoulders.
To do this you must lay on a bench press.
Grab a barbell and have your elbows touching the bench press.
Lower the bar to your ribcage and then extend your arms back out again.
