Supplements for Getting More Energy in Candida Diet

A woman I know eats nuts in her candida diet and doesn't have too much trouble.
She has a real problem with other carbs that she wishes she had the will power to eat only protein and veggies.
She thinks that way she would fit into all those clothes in her closet! She just started all over again and is being very strict.
She started on Monday and has done only protein and veggies.
She feels really exhausted that she is going to bed at 7-8 and up at 7-8.
She wonders if it is just from the lack of carbs or something.
She needs to lose 20 lbs and get rid of the candida once again.
She said she would greatly appreciate any suggestion I can tell her.
She has also been making herself do half an hour of exercise a day.
She needs recommendations on the supplements that are good for the exhaustion.
She currently takes caprol, grapefruitseed extract, B6, B complex, Candi Gone, olive leaf extract, and oil of oregano.
It is not all at once, but she rotates them.
I guess she should start feeling more energy today or tomorrow after the ketosis kicks in.
I am beginning my strict regimen all over on Saturday.
I am doing a liver flush tonight in preparation for my next regimen.
In addition to remove the tiredness, you may want to add isocort and start taking large doses of Ester-C throughout the day to help with energy levels.
I have always found that the cravings, tiredness, and willpower are tested most during the first 3-6 days.
Get past those and you are halfway there!
