According to Korea Communications Commission report on Friday, the host Web site who distributed the virus is based in Austria, Georgia, Germany, South Korea and the United States.
This come quite a surprise to the National Intelligence Service because North Korea, who was considered a suspect in this mayhem, is not part of the list.
However, North Korea's name still remains unclean despite not being in it.
Investigators also provided little information about the identity and whereabouts of the persons who have caused the spread of the virus.
