Rough Seas in the Gulf of Mexico Common

Many people choose Cruises for their vacation option.
Cruises are fun and those big ships have everything you could ever need.
One of the most fun cruises to take is in the Gulf of Mexico, but make sure you go on a big strong sizable vessel; a ship.
Why you ask? Well because there can be some rough seas occasionally in the Gulf of Mexico to deal with and it is very common indeed.
Recently an acquaintance went on a cruise ship and had some pretty outrageous weather, not even during Hurricane Season either.
Well I told her; Glad you made it back safely, but obviously you were never in any Real Danger, those ships are pretty big and tough! Interestingly enough I had a conversation with someone at the Online Think Tank about waves in the Gulf of Mexico.
You see he is from Houston and is putting in an "Alpha Site" prototype Ocean Wave Electricity Generator machine.
It was noted that the waves near the shoreline in the Gulf of Mexico are quite mild and not really right for ocean wave generations.
Incidentally, I wrote an interesting set of articles on Rouge Waves in the Gulf of Mexico after that last big incident that caused havoc on a Cruise Ship in the Gulf of Mexico.
So do not kid yourself the research is conclusive, although the Gulf of Mexico generally has mild tidal flows near the shore, it can get really nasty at times in the middle, with or without large Hurricanes during the season.
If you are going on a cruise in the Gulf of Mexico reserve yourself on a really big ship.
I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought.
The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007.
I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.
