In Chinese medicine there are some specific tea and food recipes so that you can keep night sweats which are symptoms of hot flashes to be under control.

Other herbal teas include those made with hairyvein agrimonia herb and red dates, made with smoked plums and processed rhemannia rhizome with honey added for taste.
There are some soups also which are regarded as beneficial for women with the problems of night sweat.
