There is a lot of trial and error methods to try but that's ok.
Trying to find what works is a search for that remedy that will fit you.
Then you can be part of the support group as well and help someone else who's going through the same issues as you are.
Sometimes the emotional aspect of losing hair for the first time can actually accelerate the process.
The emotional trauma of losing hair related to stress can actually promote hair loss even if you get on a treatment plan.
Getting rid of stress can be done in a multitude of ways from meditation, diet and exercise.
Whatever you need to do in order to eliminate stress from your life will help immensely.
This may be easier said than done but whatever steps can be taken to alleviate stress will pay off in the long run.
