The Epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate) help to reduce inflammation to relieve the aches and pains from muscle cramps and works as a muscle relaxer. Epsom salts also works to remove the toxins from your body and is a natural emollient for your skin.

    • 3). Next add a 1/4 cup of Baking Soda to the bowl. The baking soda works to neutralize the acids in your skin and washes away the oil and perspiration.

    • 4). Stir the Epsom Salts, Sea Salts and Baking Soda together.

    • 5). Finally add 15 drops of essential oil to the mixture. I would suggest 11 of lavender and 4 of peppermint as the peppermint tends to overpower the lavender. The lavender has anti-inflammatory properties and the Peppermint is used to treat sore muscles.
