Stocking Your Baby Diaper Bag
If you have a baby, you have a diaper bag. The essential go-to bag for all the mishaps and needs that happen along the way. Your baby can't exactly tell you what they'll need for a day's outing so it's up to mom to be prepared.
Your baby's diaper bag should be loaded and ready to go. Don't wait to pack your baby's diaper bag right before you leave the house. Instead have it packed and ready to go with each outing.
Some of the regular items that should go into the bag are...
Feeding Section: Even if you're only running to the grocery store bring along a meal for your baby. As well as you know your baby there will be times when you don't think your baby is ready to eat but your little one will be hungry. Be prepared meal emergencies and scheduled feedings.

To make it easier to keep stock of what you have in your bag make a list of your regular baby items.
Put all of your baby bag items items into the diaper bag, including the list.
The next time you're getting ready to go out double check the list and the items in the bag and go! If you keep each kind of item in it's own separate pouch within the diaper bag, and you know that you are diligent about refilling the bag after each outing, you can do a quick check of pouches instead of checking each individual item to make it quicker
Use a diaper bag that is comfortable to carry. Diaper backpacks are a good choice as they leave your hands free and distribute the weight between both shoulders. Wash your bag occasionally and especially after there are any spills.
