The Graco Sarah Classic Baby Crib
After I became pregnant, we began considering the numerous baby cribs available for sale. We read reviews of various crib sets and visited the display rooms to obtain a hands-on feel from the items. One crib caught our attention and both my husband and I blurted that's it! It had been the Graco Sarah Classic Crib.
As soon as the crib set turned up, and just before my duration date, my husband assembled it in a real hurry. It was absolutely easy to assemble but my husband's right thumb hurt with a few blisters from tightening the screws while using the thin Allen wrench that is included with the item. But the two of us really adored the conventional sleigh design of the Graco Sarah Classic Crib, in Espresso, that we got at a good bargain. It highlighted other baby furniture we have inside the nursery.
What impress us most were the safety features of the crib set such as the stationary side rails and the metal mattress frame with 3 adjustable positions. Then the durability and functionality that will adjust as our child grows will truly make our choice an investment. Its 4-in-1 feature converts from a crib to a toddler bed that needs no guard rail for conversion, to a daybed and then to a full size headboard.
Getting a high quality crib set which will provide maximum protection for the child, with no anxiety about him getting stuck between the rails or climbing out and falling was the primary concern that my husband and I had. This Graco crib makes our way of life a great deal simpler by meeting our every expectation of a high quality crib. Knowing that it'll last us for a long time is yet another added bonus as we don't have to be worried about investing a lot on another bed until later on.
We got a five-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects along with a seal of safety and standards in the Juvenile Items Products Association (JPMA), the ASTM International, and also the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). It was more than a great deal for all of us and never what we were expecting when we first considered purchasing it.
The user manual also included tips on how to care for the crib. Non-abrasive cleaner like mixing a solution of water with a small amount of dishwashing liquid is recommended in cleaning the crib surface with a soft cloth. It could have been a real bonus if the mattress was included. Overall we were satisfied with our choice among the many baby crib sets available.
