Most weight loss diet plans do not work because they demand so much from the body that they end up harming it instead of helping it.

Especially breakfast because it is the meal that jump start your metabolism.
Instead of skipping meals, eat more.
Okay, not more food but eat more times a day.
Instead of eating 3 big meals, eat 6 small meals a day.
o Skipping Carbs - This is a basic nutrition that the human body needs.
Skipping carbs will deny the body the proper and sufficient nutrition it needs.
o Eliminate Fat - This is probably the one topic that everyone gets confuse about.
We all need fats, it helps with nutrient absorption, nerve transmission, etc.
But when consumed in excess, fats cause weight gains and heart disease.
The key is to replace bad fats with good fats.
While good fats promote our health positively, bad fats increase our risks of heart disease.
o Don't Need Exercise - Wrong, exercise is an important part of effective weight loss.
It helps to control your weight by using excess calories that otherwise would be stored as fat.
Physical activity also helps prevent many diseases and is critical to improving your overall health.
Always mix in exercise with a proper diet.
o High Protein Diet - Studies suggest that diets that are high in protein help people better control their appetites and calorie intake.
The question is, how much protein do you need.
Protein is essential to building muscles, but too much of it and not enough exercise can turn in to fat.
