How to Get Big Arms - Simple and Easy
As a personal trainer and certified nutritionist one question that I am always asked about is how to get big arms.
The information that they say they have heard is so incorrect that I often laugh and ask who told them that.
Look if you want to get big arms fast it really is easy but you need to know what works in order to achieve.
You need to focus on the big movements like dips and barbell curls because these exercises attack all the muscle fibres of the arm.
Other exercises that work well for arm growth are alternating dumbbell curls, chin ups hammer curls, close grip bench presses and bench dips.
You do not need to use fancy machines simply because someone with big arms is using them because trust me if you want more muscle stick to the basics.
The best arm routine I used and many of my successful clients have used is: Start off your workout with 3 sets of barbell curls to get all the muscle in your biceps fired up and then follow that with 3 sets of bodyweight dips on the dipping bars.
Next of all 2 sets of hammer curls and 2 sets of alternating dumbbell curls will finish off your biceps.
Then 3 sets of close grip bench presses and 2 sets of triceps cable push downs will light your arms on fire.
Finish your workout by stretching out the biceps and triceps to loosen the constricting fascia which will stop all muscle growth unless is stretched out.
